Inklusio Oy is a partner in Stories of Work, an Erasmus+ project that uses storytelling and digital media to support the integration, employability, and visibility of refugees and migrants across Europe.

About the Project

Stories of Work brings together partners from Finland and Belgium to explore how personal stories can become powerful tools for learning, confidence-building, and employment pathways.

Through workshops, podcasts, and digital content, the project supports refugees and migrants in sharing their journeys, skills, and ambitions.

What We Aim to Achieve

  • Strengthen communication, digital, and employability skills

  • Support refugees in sharing their stories with confidence

  • Promote inclusion and diversity through real-life narratives

  • Connect storytelling with career guidance and entrepreneurship

  • Develop a replicable storytelling methodology for adult education

The project places migrant voices at the centre, helping to challenge stereotypes and build understanding in local communities.

Inklusio’s Role

Inklusio Oy leads the digital and creative storytelling dimension of the project.

We contribute by:

  • Designing and delivering storytelling workshops in Finland

  • Supporting participants in:

    • scriptwriting

    • digital storytelling

    • confidence-building

  • Recording podcast episodes during the international training in Brussels

  • Contributing to the Storytelling Toolkit with:

    • media guidelines

    • digital dissemination strategies

  • Supporting the final webinar and European dissemination
